In honor of our volunteers at US Horse Welfare and Rescue, the Herd wants to extend their heartfelt thanks to all of you!! To those of you who.....

♥ are up at the crack of dawn and arrive to hear the first whinnies of “Good Morning”
♥dredge through snow and ice to be sure we are fed, warm, hydrated and our stalls are kept clean
♥make sure we have our supplements, medicine, soaked alfalfa cubes, steamed hay, prepare our hay and grain with the exact combination and weight we need to be healthy
♥keep our paddocks and water tubs clean
♥cover for each other or pick up an extra shift to be sure we are cared for
♥bed us down for the night with a clean stall, fresh water, picked hooves, our good night hay and kisses
♥participate in rescue events
♥LET US KNOW WE ARE SAFE, LOVED AND WELL CARED FOR ♥
